Here is the trailer of 'Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li' in Japanese. It is scheduled to be released on Feb. 28, 2009. I really like how they not try to model the actors and actresses after the game characters like the first movie, which just look silly.

No Street Fighter IV Aracade for U.S.

To those who are still waiting for the Street Fighter IV aracade to release in the U.S., you can stop now. It's not because it is already released or releasing soon, but it will not happen at all. Today, an official from Capcom said "At this point, it does not look like Street Fighter IV arcade machines will officially hit the U.S. arcade market ..." It is truly a sad news for those we wish the Street Fighter 4 can revive the hay days of arcade gaming. The days where quarters are lining up on the machine waiting to knock off the current champion.

Street Fighter IV Console Release Date Revealed!

Capcom finally ends month of agonizing speculations and announced today that the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Street Fighter IV will be released on Febrruary 17th, 2009 in the United States. Those in Europe will get their hands on it couple days later on February 20th, 2009. One piece of info noticeably missing is the release date for the PC version.

In case you are wondering, Japanese versions will be released around the same time. We finally do not have to pay extra for an import version while waiting for the US version to come out couple months later. Hurray for globalization!

So mark your calendar or reserve your copy on GameStop or Amazaon today. Strangely, those websites continue to report ship date is February 3, 2009. Maybe pre-orders get theirs before everyone else? I doubted.
