Here is the trailer of 'Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li' in Japanese. It is scheduled to be released on Feb. 28, 2009. I really like how they not try to model the actors and actresses after the game characters like the first movie, which just look silly.

Capcom finally ends month of agonizing speculations and announced today that the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Street Fighter IV will be released on Febrruary 17th, 2009 in the United States. Rumor around the net that another previously unannounced character has been found thanks to an unofficial character selection screen posted on a Belgium website today. In the last row of characters from Alpha, we can see Rose between Sakura and Dan. If the image is for real, she can be the final and last character made into the console version. Here is something for the Wii owners to look forward to even though the Street Fighter IV is not releasing on that console. It is the next installation of Capcom's 'cross' fighting series: Tatsunoko vs. Capcom Cross Generation of Heroes. Ryu and Chun-Li are two of many characters in this game. Meet the new boss, Seth! This guy has a huge reservoir of moves, many of them resemble moves from other characters. These inclue Guile's sonic boom, Ryu's uppercut, Zangief's piledriver and Chun Li's lightning leg. His arms can also be stretched like Dhalsim. In addtion, he has a unique move where he sucks the opponent inside his stomach and shoots out toward the camera. Awesome!

Cammy was previously voted into the game by an online poll conducted by Capcom. Finally today, we got to see Cammy in action thanks to some images posted on Gamed.nlIn addition, images of previously unseen character, Gen, are also posted there. As far as why Gen is included, my guess is that he plays a big role in the upcoming Street Fighter Movie: Legend of Chun-Li.

Wonder where you can play Street Fighter IV in the States? This arcade is hard to find since it is not officially released here yet. Fortunately, there are a few of the imports scattering around, especially in the big cities. You can go to this arcade tracker to find out the Street Fighter IV arcade machines out there. The list is updated quite frequently. Good luck finding one in your area!
